From 23rd June to 7th July the outcome of the 32nd America’s Cup Match, which will be contested by the Defender Alinghi and the Challenger, winner of the Louis Vuitton Cup, the Emirates Team New Zealand, will be decided. It will be a thrilling nautical duel in the waters of the Valencian bay; the best of 9 regattas. The winning team will take the longed-for One Hundred Guinea Silver Cup and will obtain the right to organise the 33rd America’s Cup. The final duel is served. Many have dreamt of this moment since, in the year 2003, the pre-regattas of the Louis Vuitton Acts began. This is the hour of the best boat and the best prepared crew, there is no margin for error, the unknown is about to be revealed.
